Shipping

We offer free shipping for US and Canada order. The shipping fees of other countries are different according to different countries. Products will be shipped within 1-3 working days from USA Warehouse. The shipping time is usually within 7 days.


Return and Exchange

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange within 30 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is buyer's responsibility.
To start a return, you can contact us at sale@fontopus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The product you return must meet the following requirements:

• Merchandise must be unworn.
• Merchandise must have the original packaging or it will result in a repackaging fee of $6.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
